Following services, in their Sunday’s finest, the fine folks of Bears Ventura welcome you to our little get together to play BINGO! There will be early bear games, a silent auction for some lovely cardigans (we do hope), raffle prizes and much, much more. And did we mention it is a CASH BINGO? That’s right..CASH! A big win and that smart little number you’ve been eyeing up at K-mart from that lovely Charlie’s Angel girl could be yours.

All the shenanigans take place at the Ventura Harbor Comedy Club on the 19th of September. Be it known that they have alcoholic beverages there which we, the fine folks of Bears Ventura, would never take part in such a devious libations.

The proceeds from this BINGO go to AIDS Project Ventura County…so join us for the fun and the fashion as we raise the roof in praise of that magical ball…O-69. BINGO!

In our continuing effort to hit our $15,000 goal for the VCRA (Ventura County Rainbow Alliance), we proudly announce The Great iPad Happening. Your $5.00 donation gets you a chance to win an iPad…simple as that. We’ll have tickets available at our monthly Bears Busts through September and we’ll give it away at the end of our September Bear Bust. You do not need to be present to win. Increase your chances of winning by getting a few tickets every month. Grindr app not included.

Ventura County AIDS Walk for Life is a critical fundraising event for AIDS Project Ventura County, a program that must continue to provide the much needed services to residents of Ventura County. Team Bears Ventura is doing our part to help raise funds for the Walk by inviting you to join us as we Dine Out for Life.

For the next few months, we’ll be arranging several dining out events that will benefit the Walk. All you’ll need to do is find the date of the next event that works best for you, grab the voucher here and dine out. The restaurant does the rest and AIDS Project Ventura County receives a contribution based on your purchase.
